Before You Purchase

We are currently only able to deliver to mainland United Kingdom addresses. This is because an economy delivery option is budgeted in to each product and this delivery option is not available to addresses outside the UK mainland.

If you are purchasing compostable liners to include in a council waste collection scheme please check with your local council to make sure the liners can be included. When talking to your council you can describe the liners as 'Alina' compostable paper bin liners from Recycle Together Limited (Recycle Together is our supplier and they are in contact with councils across the country).

If you have a food waste collection scheme and are told by your council that you cannot include the liners please Contact Us and we will work hard to allow their entry into your waste stream.

Ordering

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Pounds Sterling. Once you have placed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you along with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.

Payment

We accept most major credit and debit cards both online and by phone. If you prefer you can send a cheque as payment. Cheque payments are only available on orders by telephone. Call us for more information on 01392 346 307.

Delivery

The cost of delivery is included in the prices shown on this website. Therefore there is no additional delivery charge. We use two delivery methods to send our goods:

Standard Royal Mail postal delivery is used on all products labelled as 'Sample' and 'Pack' as well as the Kitchen Caddy. Royal Mail deliveries are dispatched twice a week from our warehouse and the expected delivery date is shown on the product pages on this website as well as in the order confirmation email.

All other products are delivered using City Link couriers. City Link deliveries are dispatched every working day from our warehouse and are delivered faster than Royal Mail. The expected delivery date is shown on the product pages on this website as well as in the order confirmation email.

If you order different products in the same order that use different delivery methods they will be sent seperatly and will arrive on different days. The expected delivery date for each product is shown in the confirmation email. If you have not received your goods within 3 working days after the expected delivery date shown on your invoice please telephone us on 01392 346307 and we will be able to investigate the cause of any delayed delivery.

Security

When you complete the Checkout page you will be passed on to a Secure Order Processing page and your details will be encrypted by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details. This encryption method is the most commonly used by e-commerce and provides the highest level of security. The server encrypts information while it is being transmitted across the Internet so that unauthorised people cannot read it.

Privacy

We collect only basic personal details required to process your order. We will not release your name, address, telephone, email or any other information about our customers to any outside party. We will not trade, sell, resell, or redistribute any information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals. We DO NOT save your payment details for security reasons.

Returns

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee. In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us by telephoning 01392 346307 and return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your goods.
